    Recruitment Details:

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Organize and guide the team to screen, evaluate, investigate and negotiate proposed investment projects;

    2. Lead and guide the team to conduct due diligence of the projects, and issue Due Diligence Report, Investment Value Analysis Report and other relevant documents;

    3. Responsible for post-investment arrangement of the invested projects.

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    1. Mature working experience of private equity investment fund, investment banking business of securities company, accounting firm, law firm and other fund related business experience;

    2. Strong ability to lead a team;

    3. Full-day bachelor degree or above in audit, accounting, law, finance or related majors;

    4. Strong communication and coordination skills, pressure bearing ability and keen market insight.


  • Associate (2)

    Recruitment Details:

    Job Responsibilities:

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    1. Working experience of private equity investment fund, investment banking business of securities company, fund working experience of accounting firm and law firm;

    2. Full-day bachelor degree or above in audit, accounting, law, finance and other related majors, with IPO NEEQ sponsor audit or other related work experience is preferred;

    3. Strong communication and coordination skills, writing skills, strong team spirit.


  • Risk Control Manager (1)

    Recruitment Details:

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for assisting with the identification, assessment, analysis, report and supervision of corporate financial risks;

    2. Responsible for collecting and analyzing enterprise risks and timely reporting;

    3. Responsible for developing relevant risk control and measures;

    4. Responsible for developing internal control system and managing financial risks;

    5. Responsible for establishing enterprise risk database and tracking files;

    6. Develop data model of risk management and apply it in combination with business.

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in risk management, finance, investment, accounting, audit or related;

    2. Rich theoretical knowledge of finance and economy, familiar with domestic macroeconomic policies;

    3, More than 2 years of internal audit or internal control experience.
